My Current AM Skincare Routine as an Esthetician: Glowing, Hydrated, and Protected Skin Tips

As an esthetician, my morning skincare routine is all about hydration, protection, and giving my skin that natural, healthy glow — without looking greasy. Today, I'm sharing my step-by-step AM skincare ritual along with the products I genuinely love and why I use them. Step by Step AM Skincare Routine

This is where my day starts. It’s a super gentle cleanser that doesn’t strip my skin but still removes any oil or residue from the night before. It’s great for sensitive skin and also hydrates while cleansing — perfect for prepping my skin for other products.

After cleansing, I apply this essence-toner hybrid. It’s super lightweight but packs a punch when it comes to hydration. It preps my skin for better absorption of serums and helps balance my skin’s pH, which is key for healthy skin.


3. Serum: Paula’s Choice C15 Booster Serum

Vitamin C is non-negotiable in my routine. This serum boosts collagen production, helps even out my skin tone, and protects against environmental stressors. I’ve noticed such a difference in brightness and skin texture since using it regularly.


4. Eye Cream: Sunday Riley Auto Correct Depuffing and Brightening Eye Contour Cream

This eye cream is magic. Within 15 minutes, I can literally see my dark circles and puffiness reduced. It brightens and smooths the under-eye area, which is a game changer if you’re like me and don’t get enough sleep!
